Third Eye

This work reminded me of aliens and crystal skulls, when a dead skull is watching you with a third eye. I like how you need some time before you realize that the smoke is coming from a third eye, and not just from his forehead. The right half of his teeth looks like an infinity without end. It seems also that you tried to suggest two different depths of flesh on two sides of his face, but the more you look at it, the more you get lost in Moireau effect and you finish up with being a bit dizzy. Also his eyes seem a bit too flat, maybe adding some depth could make it a bit more dark and realistic.
